1 - Analysis of the initial state of the environment, identification of the major environmental issues and study of assessment of GHG emissions andatmospheric pollutants generated by travel

2 - Assessment of the notable impacts of the implementation of the PLUi-HM project on the environment and explanation of the choices made

3 - Search for impact reducing and corrective measures where appropriate, based on the assessment

4 - Monitoring and assessment of the effects on the environment during the implementation of the plan using indicators

5 - Adjustment of the file following consultation of the Associated Public Persons (PPA), opinion of the Environmental Authority and public inquiry.
