3.1.The subject of the order entitled "Development of electronic public administration and improvement of the availability and quality of e-Services in the Kołaczkowo commune" is the introduction of advanced public e-services with high maturity, allowing residents and entities economic for comprehensive handling of official matters. The project envisages the implementation of new public e-services and IT solutions in the field of supporting decision-making and management processes (including: Electronic Document Circulation, Electronic Resident Service Office, Public Information Bulletin), compatible with the field systems planned for modernization at the Kołaczkowo Commune Office. Electronic Document Circulation will be implemented in the Commune Office and 7 organizational units municipalities. 3.2. As part of the subject of the order 3.2.1. The currently used software will be integrated with new systems planned for implementation under the Project, as well as migration and configuration of the system to the new version of the database necessary for the implementation of the e-Services system. 3.2.2. Training will be conducted for employees who will use the new systems related to e-services. The entire solution will constitute the Integrated e-Service Provision System (hereinafter referred to as ZSŚeU). 3.3.
