The company governed by these special specifications aims to carry out a second phase of implementation of the economic activity zones located to the west of Liege airport, i.e. the implementation of work relating to the creation of roads and infrastructure in the Jo zonelive. The description of the work is given below.
Firm phase: Development of the compensation zone at SGIB n1963 "Les 4 ditches" and development work on the ZAE Ouest Jolive. The compensation zone must be completely developed before work begins on the Jolive zone.
Tranche conditional 1: Work relating to electricity distribution infrastructure (RESA)
Conditional tranche 2: Work relating to water distribution infrastructure (CILE)
