Invitation to Bid for DEVELOPMENT OF ECO-PARK
1) The Municipality of Pilar, through the 20% Development Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php1, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Eco-park. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality o Pilar now invites bids for Improvement of Multi-purpose Building at Barangay Poblacion, Pilar, Abra. Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
