1. The subject of the order is the purchase, implementation and launch of the Patient Portal in the SaaS cloud model (Software as a Service), including configuration, parameterization and integration with the Ordering Party's systems. The scope of the order also includes full integration of the HIS environment with the Central e-Registration (CER/SER) of the P1 platform along with the launch of data exchange and schedule synchronization mechanisms. 2. The proceedings will consist of two elements: 1) License delivery and launch e-Registration based on the Asseco Patient Portal, 2) Providing a license and integrating the launched e-Registration system with the national Central e-Registration system.
