1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the Oracle database system for ZSI, including Asseco software (AMMS and Infomedica), along with the implementation of a backup environment and service support, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Description the subject of the order. 2. The subject of the order consists of two inseparable elements: a. Providing two licenses for the Oracle database in the latest version recommended and supported by the manufacturer of the Asseco medical system, b. Database implementation in the Ordering Party's environment, including data migration from the existing database and creation of a backup environment for data replication using an additional license.3. The subject of the order also includes training of the Ordering Party's staff, at the Ordering Party's headquarters, in scope of service and exploitation of the subject of the order in accordance with the following requirements: a. The Contractor undertakes to organize training for the Ordering Party's staff in the offer price, b. Training materials are provided by the Contractor, c. Training of the person indicated by the Ordering Party personnel will be carried out after prior arrangement of dates with the Ordering Party, d.
