Bohunice NPP V2 site and the Mochovce NPP site, 2023. The subject of procurement within this competition will be procured as a whole and it is not possible to divide it into parts. Reasoning: By not dividing the subject of the contract into parts, the contracting authority does not prevent or limit it the participation of interested parties in the given public procurement, as the Public Procurement Act allows several ways in which it is possible to participate in the given public procurement even for those economic entities that would not be able to fulfill the subject of the procurement for various reasons as a whole.
