2. The subject of the order is the development of a draft protection plan for the Suwałki Landscape Park (SPK) with an area of ​​6, 338 ha. The required final product of the order will be a draft resolution of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly on the protection plan for SPK) together with justification and with text and graphic annexes covering the scope referred to in: 1) Art. 19 and 20 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on nature conservation (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 13), 2) chapter 2, 4 and 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of May 12 2005 on preparing a draft protection plan for a national park, nature reserve and landscape park, making changes to this plan and protecting resources, creations and components of nature (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 94, item 794). 3.
