The subject of the order is the task titled: Preparation of a draft local development plan for areas located within the cadastral areas of Biaystok, Chopiatyn, Chochwy, Duniwy, Dohobyczew, Gobie, Horodyszcze, Hulcze, Hulcze PGR, Kociaszyn, Lipina, Liski, Liwcza, Majdan, Mycw, Oszczów, Przewodów, Setniki, Siekierzyce, Sulimw, Suszw, Umierz, Wyw, Abcze and Niatyn on the basis of which investments in the field of renewable energy sources, including wind farms, are to be located, referred to in Art. 14 section 1 of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of a local plan. The study area covers 113.48 km.
