1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of a draft general plan for the Kosakowo commune, referred to in Art. 13a of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 538) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the general plan.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) development of a draft general plan of the Kosakowo commune with justification and annexes based on Resolution No. IV/16/2024 of the Kosakowo Commune Council of June 11, 2024, with requirements and the procedure specified in the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 538) and in the implementing provisions to this Act, as well as in accordance with the requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister Development and Technology on the method of preparing the draft general plan of the commune, 2) development of spatial data for the general plan in accordance with Art. 67a of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development, 3) conducting an educational meeting i information about the essence, goals and principles of the general plan (e.g. in the form of a presentation), at the stage of collecting applications for the plan, 4) participation in the entire process...
