4.1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Preparation of the draft general plan of the Dbe Wielkie commune, referred to in Art. 13a of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the general plan.4.2. The study covers the entire area of the Dbe Wielkie commune within its administrative borders. The area of the commune is: 7788 ha.4.3. Carrying out work related to the implementation of planning activities specified in the Spatial Planning and Development Act regarding the preparation of the draft general plan of the Dbe Wielkie commune in accordance with the Resolution of the Dbe Wielkie Commune Council No. SR.LX.0007.569.2024 of March 28, 2024 on the commencement of the preparation of the plan of the Dbe Wielkie Commune, and in accordance with the procedures and issues specified in: a) the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), b) the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 8, 2023 regarding the draft general plan of the commune, documenting planning works in the scope of this plan and issuing extracts and drawings from it...
