1 The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is to prepare complete, multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation and obtain a construction permit for the construction of an underground protective structure, U-3 category, together with an independent staircase. stairs, located next to the Primary School in Jaliska on the registration plot no. 2500/2 (Jaliska district).2 A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 5.3 The Ordering Party is obliged to prepare design documentation in accordance with the applicable scope of legal provisions, in particular the Act of September 11, 2019 on public procurement. References to proper names should be avoided and solutions for disabled people should be provided.4 The contractor will provide at least 60-month quality and warranty guarantee prepared documentation.5 For the implementation of the order, the ordering party intends to allocate the amount of: PLN 250, 000.00
