Tender Details

The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as bills of quantities and investor cost estimates for the task entitled: OBO 2026: Revitalization of urban space at ul. Kromera and Grunwaldzka and submitting a complete application for a decision on determining the location of a public purpose and a building permit to the competent office and obtaining this decision. The project includes the expansion of the parking lot and pedestrian routes along with land development green areas within plots no. 61-1/1, 15/21, 62-29/3, 29/4, 39/1, 40/3, 40/4, 40/5. The expansion of the parking lot is intended to adapt the parking spaces (existing parking spaces have dimensions: 4.5 x 2.5 m) to the applicable technical conditions. The investment will be successful also involved the relocation of lighting poles and the parking meter, as well as the construction of new vertical and horizontal markings. As part of the implementation of the contract, the following should be prepared: - a design for the reconstruction or construction of the street lighting electrical network, - a construction design storm sewage system (depending on the issued technical conditions), - in the event of a collision, a project for the reconstruction of the telecommunications network, heating...
