Tender Details

1. The Ordering Party orders, and the Contractor undertakes to prepare, design documentation for the Task regarding the expansion of the municipal road ul. Knight of Racibor in the towns of Koczyce and Raciborowice, Michaowice commune, along with obtaining appropriate arrangements and decisions administrative documents enabling the implementation of the Task.2. The Contractor is obliged to prepare Design Documentation divided into stages: 1) Stage I: carrying out a current examination of the legal status of the property, preparing a geotechnical opinion, developing a project conceptual design on a current map for design purposes, estimation of investment costs, obtaining a positive opinion from the road manager, 2) Stage II - development of a construction design for the investment task, notification of construction works that do not require a permit construction and/or submitting an application for a ZRID decision and/or an application for a construction permit along with the acceptance of the appropriate application by the competent authority in the form of initiating the procedure, 3) Stage III, development of the detailed design and obtaining the final or rigorous design immediate enforceability of the ZRID decision and/or building permit decision and/or obtaining a certificate of no objection to the made...
