1. The subject of the order is: "DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN DOCUMENTATION FOR THE TASK ExPANSION OF THE TRAM ROUTE ON UL. KRASZEWSKIEGO WITH INFRASTRUCTURE [POZNAŃ]" - procedure number PIM/10/25/ZP74/2025-421.
Detailed description of the subject/scope of design work and the Contractor's responsibilities related to the implementation of the order include: OPZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and draft contractual provisions (template contract) (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law (up to 50% of the order value basic) in the event of the circumstances referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the mentioned contracts will be similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding this type of contracts in particular when it arises the necessity and/or need to perform scopes of work not currently included in the scope of the basic contract, and the execution of which will be possible by repeating services similar to those provided for in the scope of the basic contract.
