Description of the subject of the order: 1.1. Scope of design documentation: 1) Inventory of land and infrastructure for plots, bases and preliminary studies; 2) Documentation for obtaining a building permit, i.e. land development design and architectural design construction;3) Technical/detailed design according to the scope;4) Investor's cost estimate with bill of quantities;5) Technical specifications of the work elements indicated by the Ordering Party.6) Providing author's supervision during the implementation of the investment pursuant to the Act Construction Law and detailed rules specified in the draft contract constituting an annex to these tender materials, 7) All arrangements, if applicable, in accordance with applicable regulations8) Other formal documents necessary for the implementation of construction works resulting from the nature of the work and applicable regulations, such as preparing an application to obtain a ULICP decision;1.2.
