1) The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the staircase smoke extraction system as part of the task titled: "Smoke removal at the Integration Primary School No. 317 at ul. Deotymy 37 in Warsaw.2) The scope of the order includes the execution design documentation aimed at removing smoke from the school building, including: securing the evacuation staircases with devices to prevent smoke or removing smoke (execution of smoke removal from staircases) along with ensuring appropriate lengths of escape routes. 3) The order includes, in particular, the preparation of: a) building inventory necessary for design purposes, b) technical expertise for fire protection, c) architectural and construction design, d) detailed design, e) specifications technical execution and acceptance of works (STWiOR), f) information on health and safety requirements (BiOZ), g) bill of quantities, h) investor's cost estimate.4) Detailed description of the subject of the order, type and scope of works covered by the order and requirements, regarding the execution and acceptance of the subject of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter also referred to as the contract template, constituting Annex No. 6...
