The subject of the order is the development of complete road construction designs for the construction, expansion and reconstruction of class L municipal roads and internal roads without a specific technical class in the following towns: Kobylin and Goworwek, Rbisze Kolonia and Rbisze Parcele, as well as in the towns of Jawor Wielkopole, Szarat - Michaowo, Czernie Brzezienko, Czernie, Borki, Jemieliste, Pokrzywnica, Rbisze Kolonia, Goworowo, Apiary Jzefowo, Goworowo commune. The contractor undertakes to carry out construction designs in accordance with principles of modern technical knowledge, applicable regulations, Polish Norms and norms, based on the initial concept of the scope of construction, reconstruction and expansion of the roads in question, their course in the field and work technology agreed with the Ordering Party with the necessary arrangements, in accordance with the geological research of the area. Road boundary lines should be laid in such a way as to eliminate or minimize the need to relocate fences next to properties.
