The subject of the order is: "Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of a low-parameter network into a high-parameter network along with the construction of connections and individual nodes in Bydgoszcz" Part II - Preparation of design documentation for reconstruction from a low-parameter network to a high-parameter network along with the construction of connections for individual nodes at ul. Beskidzka 2a in Bydgoszcz. The subject of the order includes, among others: 1) preparation of a list/list of studies included in the submitted set design documentation, 2) obtaining a map for design purposes; 3) preparation of a construction design in accordance with the local development plan and a study of the conditions and directions of spatial development (4 copies in paper version, 1 copies in electronic version), along with all arrangements and permits (including acceptance of the proposed network route and connections and obtaining consent from land owners for temporary occupation during the implementation of the task, ZUD arrangements) along with obtaining a valid building permit or confirmation of acceptance of the works notification. The Designer cannot enter into financial obligations on behalf of the Ordering Party. In the case of plots where the network is planned and plots to which entry will be necessary In order to properly conduct construction works, the designer is obliged to obtain a declaration from the ruling owner consenting to the temporary occupation of the land. Possible one-off fee, compensation, etc.
