7.1 The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of design documentation together with obtaining a construction permit or a certificate of lack of grounds for objection to the notification of works for the task called: Development of documentation design reconstruction of the district road No. 1266T Chmielnik Szarbkw Wochy, section in the town of Wochy. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 7 to SWZ. Description of the subject of the order.7.2. The subject of the order includes the development of design documentation consisting of the following parts:7.2.1. Development of a construction and technical design for the road sector in the scope of reconstruction of a district road with a length of approximately 1050 meters on plots with registration numbers 84/3, 84/4 in the town of Piczw and 274 in the town of Wochy, Piczw commune in accordance with the graphic attachment to this description. The reconstruction of the district road will consist in the construction of a sidewalk on the existing roadside ditch in the built-up area, as far as the terrain and the width of the road allow.
