4.1. The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation for the new headquarters of the Cultural Center in Kamionka as part of the investment task titled Construction of the Cultural Center building in Kamionka4.2. The scope of the subject includes: Stage I: functional and user analysis social consultations, development of an architectural concept, development of a construction and industry design. Stage II: - Obtaining all required administrative decisions, arrangements, reports, tests and opinions necessary for the completeness of the documentation and obtaining a non-final decision on a building permit or notification of works that do not require obtaining a decision on a building permit, accepted without objection on behalf of the Ordering Party (in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law), Stage III: - Design development interior design - development of the infrastructure design of the auditorium (sound system, lighting, stage mechanics) - development of investor cost estimates, bills of quantities and documentation to be agreed, formal and legal arrangements - development of visual materials and information - preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works
