DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING OBTAINING A CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR THE GAS STATION IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF THE CONNECTION TO THE TRANSMISSION NETWORK OF PSG SP. Z O.O. IN M. DĘBLIN KLESZCZÓWKA. 1. The subject of the Order is: a) development and delivery the Ordering Party complete design documentation for the Task, including: preliminary design assumptions, detailed design, construction design/design documentation to be announced, b) obtaining and submitting the final decision to the Ordering Party building permit, necessary to perform construction works based on the developed design documentation or reporting construction works to the competent architectural and construction administration authority and obtaining a certificate of no objection in in the case of reporting construction works and submitting it to the Ordering Party, c) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works, carried out on the basis of the developed design documentation (basic order). 2. Detailed description of the subject of the Order includes Annexes No. 1 to the Contract Template - Description of the subject of the Order and Annexes No. 1 to the SWZ - Contract Template.
