1. The subject of the order is the development of a technical design including design and cost estimate documentation necessary to announce the tender procedure and the implementation of the task entitled Thermal modernization of the Kindergarten building. Krasnala Haabay at ul. Capt. W. Wegnera 10 in Buk, Buk commune.2. The subject of the order includes the preparation of: 1) design documentation and obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. As part of the implementation of the investment covered by the subject of the order is: 1) development of design documentation, which should include: a) construction design consisting of an architectural and construction design and a technical design; b) investor cost estimates; c) bills of quantities d) detailed technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works; 2) obtains all legally required arrangements, opinions, derogations, permits and documentation approvals and reports the works to the competent authority, if required.
