The subject of the order is the selection of a contractor who will provide design services to the ordering party consisting of on the development of design, geodetic and legal documentation and obtaining appropriate decisions, arrangements and permits, along with effective reporting of construction works that do not require a building permit as part of the design task entitled: Road reconstruction district no. 1651K Czarny Dunajec Poronin on the section from km 15+377.00 to km 16+700.00 (local km: from 2+487.00 to 3+810.00) in the scope of construction of a sidewalk and a bicycle path within the road.2. Preparation of a study for a design task, o referred to above includes in particular the development of a land development design on a current map for design purposes, a construction design and an executive design. The study must be complete to the extent sufficient to be effective reporting works that do not require a building permit and for the proper implementation of the planned road reconstruction.3. For this purpose, at least two conceptual studies of the proposed solutions should be prepared and presented to the Ordering Party in order to select an option and solution acceptance...
