Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Scope of the study in accordance with the graphic attachment: 1) construction of surfaces: roads, sidewalks for pedestrians, exits, 2) construction of a storm sewage system for drainage of hardened surfaces, 3) construction of a water supply network and a sanitary sewage system with connectionsme to the limits of the property; on the section from ul. A 90 mm PVC water pipeline is installed on the perimeter up to the height of plot no. 6/2, 4) construction of a street lighting line on the entire area, including lighting of pedestrian crossings, 5) vertical and horizontal road traffic marking on the entire area, 6) in case ofsculptures, reconstruction of existing technical infrastructure that conflicts with the designed road elements.2. The area for which design documentation is to be developed is not located in the city's conservation zone and is not covered by the local development plan. Area markedis located in the immediate vicinity of the railway lane.3. Some of the real estate adjacent to the current road should be expropriated in order to properly arrange the communication system (approximately 50 real estate divisions are expected).4.
