Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of the concept and design documentation of Dmowskiego Street along with technical infrastructure networks in Suwałki. A multi-discipline construction project for the construction of a street including all industries must be developed in accordance with the Act Construction Law and the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended). The Ordering Party has the current technical conditions of the road manager, i.e. the Road Administration Zielenia in Suwałki and Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacja Sp. z o. o. in Suwałki. The remaining required technical conditions and arrangements will be obtained by the designer based on the authorization issued by the Ordering Party. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order contains Annex No. 2 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order". 3. The contractor is obliged to ensure that the subject of the order is performed by persons with appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions that will be entrusted to them. 4.Due to the fact that the documentation developed by the Contractor will constitute a description of the subject of the order constituting an annex to the SWZ for the implementation of construction works under the Act of September 11, 2019.
