1. The subject of this order will be implemented in the formula: design and build, based on the Functional and Utility Program, therefore it includes: development of design documentation together with author's supervision and execution of works construction for the task entitled: Preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Modernization of the Mortimer Ditch in Sosnowiec" - (case reference number: WZP.271.1.9.2026.J).2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ together with: - Functional and Utility Program, - expert opinions on calculations of the hydraulic capabilities of the Mortimer Ditch, - scope of repair works for the ditch, - photographic documentation - guidelines of the Employer on methods of protecting greenery in the area construction.3. The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party for the entire Subject of the Order is 60 months.
