"Development of design documentation and execution of construction works for the task entitled: "Construction of metropolitan bicycle route No. 1 and No. 7 in Sosnowiec as part of the Sustainable, intelligent mobility project... 1. The subject of the order is the preparation of documentation design, performing author's supervision and carrying out construction works under the task entitled: "Construction of metropolitan bicycle route No. 1 and No. 7 in Sosnowiec as part of the project Sustainable, intelligent mobility - the key to the transformation of the region - Stage 2". 2. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - OPZ. 3. The minimum warranty period required by the Ordering Party is 60 months. 4. The order will be implemented based on two sources of funding: a) Co-financing from the Fund for Just Transition under the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 program: Priority FESL.10 European Funds for transformation; FESL activities 10.12 Improving the mobility of the region's inhabitants and transport cohesion of subregions mining; b) Co-financing in the form of targeted subsidies under the Resilience Fund, provided by the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis in Katowice. 5. ORDERS REFERRED TO IN ART. 214 SEC. 1 POINT 7) PZP ACT 1). The Ordering Party anticipates awarding orders pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works. 2) The scope of similar contracts includes: - construction works in the field of bicycle paths; - road works; - bridge works; - robots construction and construction; - sanitary works; - electrical works; - telecommunication works; - cutting down trees; - design services; - author's supervision. 3) The order will be possible...
