Tender Details

The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of a design for a bicycle path around the Klimkowski Reservoir in the Ucie Gorlickie Commune. The order includes the development of design documentation and obtaining administrative decisions. Implementation of the subject of the order will be divided into two stages in accordance with the following division: Stage I: preparation of a map for design purposes and, based on it, development of preliminary assumptions for the adopted design solutions, in consultation with the Ordering Party and in the event of such necessity with the appropriate road management. Stage II including: Development of: a) land development design; b) architectural and construction design; c) technical design; d) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works; e) cost estimate investor; f) bill of quantities; the Contractor is obliged to make all necessary arrangements and obtain the required opinions in order to develop design documentation, as well as to obtain a construction permit on behalf of the Ordering Party or to perform effective notification of the intention to perform the works, or obtaining documents confirming that the above-mentioned robots do not require notification or permits...
