1) The subject of the order is the development of design documentation (concept, construction design and detailed design) for the construction of a dry reservoir on the Jakubwce River, commune. Dziaoszyce, together with obtaining all legally required consents and arrangements required by law implementation of the task in question. The investment is initially planned within plots no. 485, 484, 504/1, 503/1, 478/1, 477/1 in Januszowice, commune. Dziaoszyce district 0013 (indicative location of project no. 5). In particular, projects should include solutions regarding: the dam body, discharge structure, river regulation in terms of the reservoir's impact, automatic lock control system and CCTV and SSWiN monitoring, reservoir area approx. 2.8 hectares. The role of the reservoir will be to self-capture and periodic retention of flood waters in its bowl while enabling continuous, safe outflow of water through a bottom discharge in an amount that does not cause damage to the areas located below the facility.
