The subject of the procedure and order is selection contractor in the scope of development, delivery and implementation of modifications and reconfiguration of the Integrated IT System (ZSI) used by the Ordering Party, which consists of: ERP TETA EDU, TETA ME, USOS KatStud, OPTicamp, as well as the system Electronic Student File (e-Folder), covering the new organizational structure of the Ignatianum University in Krakow, which includes a number of activities and products (including Author's Elements*), in particular: 1) Pre-implementation analysis including technical and substantive consultations along with the development of an implementation plan and action schedule; 2)Development, delivery and implementation of changes in ZSI and e-Teczka in the test version of the above. systems; 3)Integrations and modifications of existing integrations ZSI and e-Files with the Ordering Party's IT systems and automation of data exchange; 4) Preparation of the production launch of changes to the ZSI and e-File together with integration with the Ordering Party's IT systems, production launch of the above-mentioned. and final acceptance above; 5) Creation and submission to the Ordering Party of at least the following documents: Material and Financial Schedule "HRF", Pre-implementation Analysis Document, full documentation of changes to the ZSI and e-File, including as-built documentation as at the moment of signing the final acceptance protocol of Stage II, in particular the technical and functional specifications of all integrations (API); Covered by this order...
