Business Oulu business institution (hereafter also "customer") requests your offer for customer management and customer service process development expert services in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. for the development of customer management, customer segmentation, service paths, customer service process and knowledge-based management of expert service employment services. The purpose of the service is to form an entity based on data and joint development, which allows BusinessOulu to target services more effectively to jobseeker customers and manage customer work more systematically than at present. The core task of the procurement is to produce a customer management model that can be implemented in practice for BusinessOulu, which includes the segmentation criteria for jobseeker-customers, segment-specific service paths, customer work management structures, and the definition of metrics and reporting. The procured service is described in more detail in Appendix 5 "Service Description".
