Tender Details

The subject of the investment is the modernization of the building of the village community center located in Stare Paczków No. 88A, aimed at improving the attractiveness and development of cultural, tourist and recreational infrastructure. The investment will include the modernization of the facility in scope: insulation of foundation walls, replacement of windows and doors, modernization of the bathroom with adaptation for people with disabilities, painting of rooms and staircases, modernization of electricity and central heating. Technical description of the work along with key parameters for the modernization of the facility at Stary Paczków 88A, plot no. 315/1: 1) Insulation of foundation walls, 2) Replacement of windows and doors, 3) bathroom for disabled people, adaptation of a former toilet, 4) Painting and reptile works, 5) Electrical works, replacement of the installation, 6) Central heating installation from a coal stove to a pellet stove.
