The subject of the order is the development of the Project Construction along with obtaining a final and valid building permit (including obtaining an environmental decision) for the Investment Task: Extension of the 400 kV and 110 kV switchgear at the 400/110 kV Siedlce Ujrzanów station. 2. Detailed description of the item order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the item procurement by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow for achieving them features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
