The subject of the order is the development of a Construction Design and obtaining the final i a valid building permit (including obtaining an environmental decision) for the Investment Task: Extension of the 400 kV and 110 kV switchgear at the 400/110 kV Siedlce Ujrzanow station. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
