1. The subject of the order is the task titled: "Development of a construction design for the expansion and reconstruction of technical infrastructure for the drainage of the Arena Suwałki sports hall located at ul. Zarzecze 26. 2. The scope includes the development of a construction design together with a water law study. In addition, the project should be taken into account, among others: the following elements: 1) resurfacing of the pedestrian and driving route on the northern side of the facility with an area of ​​approximately 800 m2 in order to change the direction of surface water flow, 2) construction of linear drainage along the entire length of the pedestrian and driving route on the northern side the facility and at the exit from the parking lot with a length of approximately 90 m, 3) relocation of the rainwater channel draining the facility in order to increase its efficiency from a diameter of 250 mm to 400 mm on a section of approximately 65 m, 4) execution of 2 sets. retention and absorption wells with a diameter of 2.0 m, taking over emergency water roof drainage, 5) construction of a storm overflow to the Arkadia reservoir with a diameter of 400 mm, relieving the existing drainage. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Design documentation describing the proposed materials and devices should be prepared in accordance with art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law.
