Development, configuration, implementation and operation of the Integrated Management System This project concerns the design, development, configuration, implementation and commissioning of an Integrated Management Information System Citizen Relations with built-in advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities. The system will be the central pillar of digital transformation of the Civil Servants Equity Fund, radically upgrading the the Organization's ability to monitor, manage and optimize its relationship with shareholders, shareholders and all dealings with citizens and businesses. The system will be implemented as a modern cloud-native application, leveraging fully the capabilities of the G-Cloud (Government Cloud) infrastructure with Platform as a Service (PaaS) services. The architectural design should ensure high availability, elastic scaling, enhanced security and full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework for Public Administration. The information system should support operational procedures for the utilization of information collected from citizens, with absolute respect for personal data protection (GDPR) and with the aim of the personalized, citizen-centric approach and the provision of services of the highest level.
