This project concerns the design, development, configuration, implementation and commissioning of an Integrated Citizen Relations Management Information System with integrated advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and Machine Learning (ML). The system will be the central pillar of digital transformation of the Civil Servants Equity Fund, radically upgrading the Organization's ability to monitor, manage and optimize its relationship with shareholders, shareholders and all trading citizens and businesses. The system will be implemented as a modern cloud-native application, fully utilizing the capabilities of the G-Cloud (Government Cloud) infrastructure with Platform as a Service (PaaS). The architectural design should ensure high availability, elastic scaling, enhanced security and full compliance with the current regulatory framework for Public Administration. The information system should support them operational procedures for the utilization of information collected from citizens, with absolute respect for the protection of personal data (GDPR) and with the aim of a personalized, citizen-centric approach and the provision of services of a higher level.
