Development concession for the requalification of the historic center of Bordeaux The aim of this consultation is to designate the holder of the development concession in charge of the operation. The perimeter area is approximately 200 hectares. The interventions will target the perimeter extending, on the left bank, from Cours Alsace Lorraine in the north to Saint-Jean station, remaining largely within the ring of boulevards, as well as buildings in stock to be recycled and/or under DUP ORI located outside the aforementioned perimeter. The list of these buildings in stock and under DUP ORI will be communicated to candidates in the offer phase.
