Tender Details

The aim of this consultation is to designate the holder of the development concession in charge of the operation. The perimeter area is approximately 200 hectares. The interventions will target the perimeter extending, on the left bank, of the course Alsace Lorraine to the north as far as Saint-Jean station, remaining largely within the belt of boulevards, as well as the buildings in stock to be recycled and/or under DUP ORI located on the fringes of the aforementioned perimeter. The list of these buildings in stock and under DUP ORI will be communicated to candidates in the offer phase. The objectives sought are: To monitor and understand real estate developments in the city center; Produce and support the development of an affordable housing offer and address the points existing tough rules in terms of housing harm; Participate in the supervision of the private real estate market; Stimulate rental investment; Continue and develop efforts in terms of urban comfort
