Development concession for the Horizon Trois Couronnes operation with transfer of economic risk The purpose of the Consultation is to grant a development concession with transfer of economic risk for the completion of the development operation of the sector called Horizon Trois Couronnes in the city center of Bidart. The missions of the future dealer are as follows: 1. Acquire land 2. Manage acquired assets in compliance 3. Carry out the necessary additional operational studies to the implementation of the project 4. Continue the EcoProjet approach driven by the municipality with State services 5.
