Tender Details

The purpose of the Consultation is to award a development concession with transfer of economic risk for the completion of the development operation in the sector called Horizon Trois Couronnes in the city center of Bidart. Missions of the future concessionaire are as follows: 1. Acquire the land 2. Manage the assets acquired in compliance 3. Carry out the additional operational studies necessary for the implementation of the project 4. Continue the EcoProject approach driven by the municipality with State services 5. Carry out demolitions and waste disposal according to current environmental standards 6. Ensure, in collaboration with the health center project leaders and in conjunction with the municipality, the design and construction of the health center and pharmacy; 7. Ensure the temporary rehousing of the pharmacy during the works phase 8. Carry out the work and developments to make the land suitable for future construction 9. Carry out the development work of urban and landscaped spaces 10. Carry out or have carried out the construction work of the public car park 11. Ensure the synthesis of the developments and constructions and ensure coordination between the sites if necessary 12.
