Design and implement a modular library of original, flexible and scalable computational algorithms in the MATLAB or Python programming language for univariate and multivariate data analysis. Algorithms should correctly process large-scale data sets typical of research in the field of natural and technical sciences and should cover advanced methods of data diagnostics, transformations, classical statistical tests, estimation of effect sizes, multiple comparison processes, error rate control, regression, classification, decomposition, clustering and chemometric identification of symbols. The library is extensible, numerically stable, well-documented (with proven use on large-scale experimental data sets), and integrates into graphical interface software (GIDT).
