The participant must submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Assignment. The technical proposal should clearly describe the methodology for developing the IUVR plan, the approach to calculating the water balance and scenarios until 2040, GIS-mapping and digital water accounting, water saving measures, institutional and economic analysis, investment portfolio and road map development methods.
