3. Subject of the order: 3.1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the reconstruction/expansion of provincial road No. 773 in the Skaa commune at ul. Olkuska in the scope of reconstruction of the road structure, replacement of surfaces (roads and sidewalks), construction section of the storm sewage system with the outlet to the receiver, construction of two sections of the sanitary sewage system (gravity and rolling) and obtaining appropriate agreements, opinions and appropriate administrative decisions required by law and/or obtaining ZRID decision and/or other consent of the architectural and construction authority allowing the implementation of the planned works. The scope of the investment was specified in the kilometer of the road: DW 773 from the section 070 km 4+700 to section 080 km 1+878, including the planned sewage system sanitary and rainwater drainage, it is necessary to take into account the possibility of going beyond this kilometer range in order to obtain appropriate design parameters that comply with the regulations. 3.2.
