1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the task titled: Expansion of the street Zwierzyniecka and Dzwonkowa from the intersection with ul. Czarn to ul. Dzwonkowa in Tychy and obtaining the final ZRID decision on behalf of the Ordering Party. The scope of the order includes: 1) Basic order - design of the expansion of ul. Zwierzyniecka and Dzwonkowa (on the section from ul. Czarna to ul. Ostrki) and obtaining the final ZRID decision on behalf of the Ordering Party.2) Order under the option right designing the construction of a side road from ul. Zwierzyniecka 8280a and obtaining, on behalf of the Ordering Party, the appropriate final administrative decision enabling the implementation of construction works, in accordance with the adopted design solutions and applicable provisions of law. The scope of the order includes all design, formal legal and administrative works necessary to obtain ZRID decisions and other administrative decisions and to prepare the investment for the implementation of construction works.
