The subject of the order is the development of complete, multi-disciplinary design documentation for a road investment consisting in the construction of a connection between ul. Obywatelska from ul. Shipyard workers in Tychy, along with obtaining the final decision on behalf of the Ordering Party permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID), in accordance with the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads. The scope of the order includes all design, formal and legal works administrative necessary to obtain a ZRID decision and prepare the investment for the implementation of construction works. A detailed description of the order and the method of its execution are specified in the Description of the subject of the order prepared for the purposes of this order constituting Appendix No. 2 of the SWZ.
