The subject of the order is the development of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation of the facade and modernization of the interior of a historic fortified manor house as well as the reconstruction and expansion of the granary along with the development of the area of ​​the manor complex in Jeowo.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the documents: - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Drafted Contract Provisions constituting Annex No. 3 to SWZ3. Order completion date: 3.1. Development of projects conceptual designs for approval by the ordering party, taking into account the ordering party's guidelines and the attached Functional and Utility Program and conservation recommendations by September 10, 2026.3.2. Development of architectural and construction designs and development design area, investor cost estimates, obtaining the required opinions, approvals and a valid building permit by November 30, 2026.3.3. Development of technical designs by December 15, 2026.3.4.
