The subject of the contract is the preparation of complex project documentation for 2 parts of the contract - Komárno and Prešov, in accordance with Act no. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 25/2025 Coll."), by Decree No. 60/2025 Z. z., which establishes details on the structure and operation of the information system for land use planning and construction, on the content of submissions and on the content and scope of construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 60/2025 Coll."), and with Decree No. 59/2025 Coll., by which they are established details on the division of buildings (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 59/2025 Coll."). A more detailed specification of the subject matter of the individual parts of the order is given in Appendix no. 8 "Specification of the subject of the work" of the tender documents for the relevant part of the subject of the contract.
