4.1. For part 1: Development of comprehensive design documentation along with obtaining a decision on a construction permit for the reconstruction of district road No. 3122L from km 15+913 to km 17+900 on the section Zagrody - Marynin Hruszw.4.1.1 When preparing documentation the design scope, in particular, the following material scope should be taken into account: Reconstruction of district road 3122L on the section in question, construction/reconstruction/expansion of sidewalks, bituminous strip, parking spaces (in consultation with the Ordering Party), reconstruction/construction of culverts (in accordance with the analysis of the catchment area prepared by the Contractor), construction of bus bays, drainage of the road along the entire section of the road (according to the Contractor's proposal), road hardening on the entire section of the road covered by the project (technology according to the Contractor's proposal in agreed with the Ordering Party), reconstruction of existing external facilities if they interfere with the development, construction or reconstruction of existing exits, reconstruction of intersections with public roads of other categories, felling of trees, removal of stumps and bushes colliding with construction intention, execution of horizontal and vertical markings, taking into account solutions affecting safety...
